What are graphics?
They are images that are edited with effects and cool text. You need a good graphic designer if you want to make one.
What programs could I use?
If you are looking for a good CS, I would HIGHLY suggest Photoshop. If you are looking for free online, GIMP and Picnik are VERY good for the job.
Image hosting?
Photobucket and Tinypic are my best guesses. Tinypic has free online photo saver and is VERY easy to use. However, Photobucket you have to make an account, the GOOD thing about Photobucket is that you get to keep all your images and you have a free online photo editor right there!
